What do you want?
A Question that is simple
and yet very complex in all its forms.
But if given the right amount of time,
if one truly listens to thier heart, body, & soul;
You will find the answer you seek, come forth
flowing like a silent brook in the countryside.
Most people, some people want money, jewels,
and other things that might be deemed useless.
Then again, as they say, the heart wants what it wants.
To me, the most important thing that at some point,
seems very far away..
Is simple and sometimes can be found right under or within.
The greatest of all gifts, "Freedom".
Yes I said it, Freedom and in all its forms no matter where you
are..
As I sit or lie about, its indeed true freedom that I want.
That would make a lot of us happy.
The Freedom I speak of is the type where you don't have to be worried
or streessed about any of the worldly cares or problems.
It's a feeling of losing that fear,
of becoming who you truly are,
of not being afraid of losing anything,
that includes through death as well.
Some might call me insane but I truly believe
that through death is how some can be truly free.
Because in death, one shall be freed of all obligations,
obligations of the heart, of money, and of any other ties
that might tie one down in this life.
Freedom, yes Freedom is when you no longer require
validation or acknowledgement from anyone but yourself and the divine.
By being content and happy with yourself, true freedom is what you'll
finally achieve.
Some might read these words one day and misunderstand them,
but hear me out before you or anyone goes radical.
Yes through death one can achieve the ultimate freedom but alas,
until that day comes,
live free,
take every day and try not be the slave to all the countless pointless things
that waste our time and energy.
Choose Love in all its forms,
Be Happy, Love wildly, and have the courage to shed your fears that hold you back
from living the life you're destined to live.
Hold up the glass from one heart to the above,
Cheers I say to you and Adieu always in good faith too.
